Concierge Business Advisors was created in 2021 in a market overflowing with marketing and sales agencies and business coaches. There’s a quote that “sales cures all”, especially true for a business growing to 100K/year revenues. But as a business and team grows to 500K and beyond, a different problem starts to emerge.

We began noticing that established business owners and entrepreneurs were struggling to take their organizations to the next level. While they had mastered their optimal selling strategy (OSS), they started becoming busier with fulfilling the services than selling, and suddenly that the growth in the beginning slows down, or even worse, goes negative.

There comes a point in every successful startup when the strategies that got you where you are no longer work to get you to the next level. Many business owners try new selling tactics or strategies or coaches to figure out what’s going wrong with their business and how to get back on the path of growth.

  • Jason started his first business in 2009 while he was in college at University of California. It started with a passion for personal growth and change and then evolved as he gained more experience. After graduating, he worked in an international biotech company for a year before deciding that business was his calling and jumping into the deep end.

    The first few businesses did not create the lifestyle he was aiming for but gave him the chance to raise his mastery of sales, marketing, and business systems. He has built and managed sales teams of 50+ people as well as designed and implemented marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple businesses. But he knew deep down that to create the lifestyle he wanted, he had to be in the right business.

    A change happened when his daughter was born. With a feeling of responsibility to provide a good life for his family, he realized he couldn’t do it all alone. Jason’s talent in challenging business situations stemmed from his ability to see things from a broader perspective and develop effective strategies, but he needed a new system that would allow him to strengthen his strengths and leverage his weaknesses. This led to him creating CBA with his partner, an ace integrator and systems architect. Since then, he has helped businesses in various industries overcome their challenges and grow. From developing a succession plan to develop an owner’s son to take over, profitably creating and selling high-ticket coaching programs, to restructuring the fulfillment process of 7-figure companies in order to raise effectiveness and profit, Jason and his partner Robert have dived deep into creating custom business strategy for even the most complex situations.

    When he’s not working, you’ll find Jason spending time enjoying his family and raising his daughter, reading his favorite fiction books, or playing online games. He also has a passion for personal development so there’s always some kind of project going on to get to the next level.

  • Robert is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in electrical and computer engineering. His experience includes FLIR Thermal Imaging, Elemental LED, Supermicro Computer, and Nvidia. With over 10 years as a design engineer, Robert understands how to transform concepts into solutions, and he brings that understanding to each bespoke operations strategy he helps create.

    Robert’s years of experience in complex work flows allows him to view systems at a more intricate level. As much as processes have a main structure, the human element, the personality and talents of the individuals on the team, are just as important. Robert takes these factors into account as he designs systems to reliably scale a business.
